Install Sovelta in the right place.

You need your own WordPress website and administrator access. Back up an existing site and test changes on a staging copy first.

  1. Theme → Appearance. Install the Sovelta theme ZIP under Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
  2. Core → Plugins. Install the separate Sovelta Core ZIP under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Keep both active for projects and enquiries.
  3. Optional Pro → Plugins. If you already have Pro, install its separate plugin after Core. It adds to the Free foundation.
  4. Make it yours. Open Sovelta → Edit website. Prepare your content privately, review your changes and publish when ready.

Updating an existing installation? Follow the current download guide’s version and update order. Use the individual ZIPs; an outer bundle is not an installable theme or plugin.
