When you browse

The public catalog and FORMA product pages have no accounts, checkout, advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Assets are served locally. The optional project brief builder uses JavaScript in your browser; entries are not transmitted or saved in cookies, local storage or session storage. Copying or downloading a brief is your choice. The illustrated studio walkthrough also runs locally; its step choices are not saved or transmitted. Hosted product previews have their own forms and administrator sign-in; see the privacy information within each preview. Your browser sends technical connection information, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information, to the services delivering and protecting the website.

Temporary editing demos

The Free and Pro editing demos open a private practice website for your browser. No signup or email address is required. Each workspace lasts 30 minutes. Its website content and your edits are deleted after expiry or when you end the demo; resetting deletes the previous workspace. Use fictional details and sample images only. Outgoing email and external integrations are disabled, and trying a demo does not subscribe you to marketing.

The demo controller keeps limited security and session records separately from website content: a session identifier, edition, creation and expiry times, status, and keyed identifiers derived from your browser session and IP address. These help protect access and limit abuse. Controller records are retained for at most 24 hours; individual rate-limit entries are retained for one hour. The deletion periods describe the demo service, not technical records independently held by hosting or security providers.

An essential cookie keeps your demo attached to your browser. WordPress also uses login and settings cookies within the demo path. See the editing-demo cookie information.

Optional Pro update connection

FORMA Pro can connect to our update service only after an administrator enters a private access key for that site and explicitly enables the connection. Update checks send the key in an authorization header, the WordPress site URL, and installed Pro, WordPress and PHP versions to https://www.themes.shop/forma-updates/v1/check. This information is used to verify update access and compatibility. Authorized package downloads use the same key and site.

The connection does not send enquiries, website content or email addresses. Successful check results are cached locally for 12 hours; failed checks are retried after 15 minutes. The connection does not enroll you in marketing or enable automatic installation.

Choose Disconnect under Forma Studio → Settings & help → Pro updates to delete the local key and cached result and stop future update requests. The service owner can revoke access. Installed Pro features continue to work without the connection, including after update access expires, and manual ZIP updates remain available. Hosting and delivery

The website is hosted on our GoDaddy VPS in the United States. Cloudflare provides DNS and, once activation is complete, website delivery and security. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Infrastructure providers may process technical information for delivery, security and fault diagnosis. The site’s origin access logging is disabled.

If you contact us

We use the email address and information you send to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send passwords or payment details. This showcase does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Your information

You can contact us to ask about information we hold about you or to request correction or deletion. Where applicable, you may also request access, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies and other websites

The showcase sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Infrastructure security features may use necessary cookies. See our cookie information. When browsing the catalog, external websites are contacted when you follow a link and have their own privacy notices. The separately enabled Pro update connection is described above.
