FORMA Pro is the optional addon for the Forma Studio theme and Free Core plugin. Your annual subscription supplies Pro downloads, optional connected WordPress updates and product support for one HTTPS website. Theme and Core remain independently available without purchasing. Installed local Free and Pro features, your content and GPL rights do not expire when service access ends. Install matching Core, theme and Pro versions, back up first and test on staging. Connecting the update key is optional; it does not enable automatic installation or gate local features. Multisite and hosts without supported OpenSSL can use manual ZIP installation.

Choose USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD before Stripe Checkout. The selected annual base price is shown before payment. All advertised prices exclude VAT; applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each year at the agreed base price and currency, plus applicable VAT, until canceled. Cancellation through your secure account billing portal stops future renewals and retains service through the verified paid period. Any proposed price change requires appropriate advance notice. The USD first-year and renewal base is $129; there is no introductory discount.

A full refund, expired or unpaid access, account suspension or unresolved payment dispute can stop further downloads and support. Local installed software continues working. Contact support from your purchasing mailbox about billing, refunds or statutory withdrawal rights; mandatory legal rights are unaffected and no waiver is inferred from a download. Support covers the published product features and installation guidance, not hosting, custom development, operation of your website or compatibility with every third-party product. No separate hosted AI service, guaranteed response time or uptime service is included. The temporary demo is separate from your installation and is not a paid account. Stillroom, Commerce and Editorial are not offered through this subscription.

The software's GPL warranty terms apply to the extent permitted by law without excluding mandatory consumer remedies. Historical agreements are not replaced by these future-purchase terms.
