FORMA is a fictional studio used to demonstrate a WordPress theme and companion plugins. This site is a preview, not a professional architectural practice. Please use sample details when trying its forms.
Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form stores the name, email address and message you enter in the preview’s private WordPress administration. If an additional project brief is displayed, the details you choose to provide are stored with your enquiry. An administrator can review this information and use it to respond.
The form requires your explicit agreement before submission. Stored enquiries are not public and are not used to subscribe you to marketing. This preview is configured to suppress outgoing mail; successful submission means your enquiry was saved for administrator review.
Retention and control
Completed communication becomes eligible for WordPress Trash after 90 days without recorded activity by default. New, reviewed, active-workflow and held enquiries are protected. Retention runs in bounded scheduled batches, and WordPress applies its configured Trash deletion schedule. Administrators can change retention or remove records earlier. WordPress personal-data tools support export and erasure. Server security logs, mail copies and backups may have separate retention periods controlled by their operators.
Browser features and cookies
The theme’s menu and image preview work in your browser without sending these choices to another service. WordPress uses essential cookies for administrator sign-in. Failed form entries remain available for correction for 10 minutes in the same browser. An essential HttpOnly SameSite cookie binds access to that browser and expires after 30 minutes; it is renewed when a new correction session is created. Expired values are deleted by scheduled WordPress cleanup, so physical deletion depends on cron execution. An hourly spam counter uses a keyed hash of the connection address; Forma does not store the raw IP address. Server logs may follow their own policies. Forma does not add analytics or advertising trackers; review other installed software before publishing this policy.
